About Sanela
Sanela loves numbers. There, we said it! She might not have grown up wanting to become an accountant (what little girl does?!) but she was always good at numbers.
Couple this skill with a passion to see people succeed, and you have a dynamic offering.
She wants to use her experience of running her own business, and her knowledge as an accountant, to help empower business owners with the understanding needed to make key decisions in their business, which will hopefully lead to great personal wealth too.
Sanela relishes providing premium accounting services to medium-large businesses, while also enjoying her hard-earned work-life balance with her beach-loving family, which is an important principle for Sanela.
Sanela appreciates there are many opportunities here in Australia for anyone to grasp, and has done just that herself. Starting her life in Australia as a kiwi immigrant but originally as a refugee from the war in Bosnia, Sanela qualified as an accountant in 2004, and has worked as a tax agent for 17 years and as an accountant for more than 20 years. She is proud to be a certified public accountant and a member of Institute of Public Accountants
Sanela uses the knowledge and experience gained from running her own business, working as an accountant, and supporting a family, to provide financial serivces to others.
It is this experience that leads Sanela to also offer Virtual CFO services which can provide businesses the information they need to succeed, without the need to take on the responsibility of a full-time accountant or CFO. She knows that with support from the right accountant, it’s possible to make that business a success.
Sanela firmly believes that her past struggles are what make her such a good accountant and trusted advisor and she is on a mission to continuously learn as much as she can.
